HOMEARAMA®: Inspiring Cincinnati home design enthusiasts for more than 60 years
For more than six decades, HOMEARAMA® has been Greater Cincinnati's showcase for new ideas in home design and construction. Produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, the show moves to a new community each year and gives attendees the chance to experience firsthand the craftsmanship, creativity, and luxury of some of the finest homes in the region.

A Brief History of HOMEARAMA®
HOMEARAMA® has been a beloved tradition in Greater Cincinnati for more than six decades. Conceived as a way to showcase new home construction and inspire homebuyers, it quickly became one of the most significant home events for anyone interested in architecture, interior design, and real estate.
What to consider when building a custom home on Cincinnati’s seven hills
Over the years, HOMEARAMA® has evolved into much more than a showcase of homes. It has become a platform for builders, designers, and industry professionals to collaborate, innovate, and push the boundaries of residential construction. Each year, HOMEARAMA® features a collection of custom-built homes with unique styles, amenities, and architectural flair.
Where has HOMEARAMA® been in recent years?
- 2024: The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm in Goshen, where visitors toured nine homes.
- 2025: Foundry Park at Three Oaks in Oakley, the 62nd show and the first within Cincinnati city limits in five years. Seven homes priced from $1.4 million to $1.7 million were on display from September 27 through October 12, including the Classic Living Homes Dimora at 2920 Three Oaks Lane.
- 2026: The Estates at Bothe Farms in Hamilton Township, Warren County, the 63rd show, which ran August 29 through September 13 with homes priced from about $1.6 million to $3.7 million.

Where is HOMEARAMA® 2027?
The Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati has announced Oakridge Estates in Goshen Township, Clermont County as the site of HOMEARAMA® 2027, the show's 64th year. The community has 32 homesites beneath a mature tree canopy in the Goshen Local School District, and show dates are expected to run August 28 through September 12, 2027.
