Where does Classic Living Homes build?
Classic Living Homes builds custom homes across Greater Cincinnati, from established Hamilton County suburbs to new estate communities in Warren County. Our office sits in downtown Montgomery, and most of our work is a short drive from it, in neighborhoods known for strong school districts and long-term value.
Which Greater Cincinnati communities are we building in?
- Montgomery: a city of 10,853 residents (2020 U.S. Census) with a historic downtown, served by Sycamore Community Schools, rated 5 stars overall on the 2025–2026 Ohio School Report Card. Recent builds include Zig Zag Road and Remington Road.
- Indian Hill: estate lots in the Village of Indian Hill, served by the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District.
- The Meadows of Peterloon: custom homesites in Indian Hill, just outside downtown Montgomery.
- Foundry Park at Three Oaks: a 79-homesite community in Oakley near Madison Road’s restaurants and shops, and the host of HOMEARAMA® 2025.
- The Estates at Bothe Farms: 19 estate lots of 2+ acres in Hamilton Township, Warren County, in the Little Miami School District, and the site of HOMEARAMA® 2026.
How do you choose where to build a custom home?
Start with the school district, commute, and type of lot you want. Established neighborhoods like Montgomery and Indian Hill offer mature settings but fewer available lots, while newer communities offer more homesites to choose from. We help clients evaluate a specific lot before they buy it.
For current pricing, see our Montgomery and Indian Hill housing market reports, browse finished work in our custom home portfolio, or schedule a consultation to talk through a community or lot.
